    • Yes. Provide us your domain name or get it registered from WebSouls and we shall setup your Webby store engine with your domain name.
  • How can I choose my store design?
    • We have multiple ready to go store designs & adding more on routine basis. You just need to choose one of them and that will be applied to your store.
  • Can you design a new theme for me as per my requirement/wish?

    • Yes, you can. You just need to add relevant URLs from Webby admin interface.
  • Do I need to pay separately for SSL?
    • No. Some of our packages have FREE SSL so you just need to choose right package.
  • Can I offer COD (Cash on Delivery) at my ecommerce store?
    • Yes. By default, your store will be functional with COD (Cash on Delivery) option.

    • We have very simple mechanism for inventory management. You just need to add warehouses & stores from admin panel & will assign products (in numbers) to those stores or warehouses. Every sale will be subtracting from inventory & you will always have an updated figure.
